Why do you keep charging my account?

I thought I was signing up for a free trial with you and I was immediately charged $19.95, which overdrew my account. I let that go as it was my mistake, however, I then cancelled with you and you charged me another $19.95 causing yet another overdraft fee.

How is it that you keep charging my account, and I don't use your services and I have cancelled my account with you. I want a refund.
